I’ve spent an amazing week in Seychelles last month. I can honestly say that it’s the most beautiful exotic place I’ve visited so far.
That beach, is located on a small island, that most of the people just come and visit for a few hours. The downside of this popular beach? It’s pretty expensive to get there from other islands, and if you are going with a guided tour, you have to share that little paradise with a looot of people.
We booked a full day trip, from Mahe, which included two snorkelling stops, one and a half hour stop on the most beautiful beach and a BBQ grill on a secluded island. It was one of the most beautiful days.
It’s a temporary beach, I mean it’s there only during low tide, that means only a few hours per day. So, this is a wide path of sand between two or three small islands. On the sides, there is shallow turquoise water , without rocks, where you can walk or get a perfect tan.
Ste. Anne Marine Park it’s famous for it’s very beautiful marine habitat, and 6 small islands, that are mostly private. Luckily, everywhere in Seychelles, beaches are public. Even on a private island. The boat left us alone, in this magical place, for about one and a half hours.
I feel so grateful that I found this amazing tour. As you can see, not a lot of people knew about this place. during our stay there, there were only 5 other persons. Who were in fact part of our tour.
After one hour, we could see the tide rising, the path of sand was getting tighter and the water was slowly taking over the whole beach. Amazing process to witness.
The boat picked us up and we all headed to another secluded beach, on a small private island. There, a fabulous traditional BBQ was waiting for us and a plastic table with plastic chairs.
Before heading towards our second snorkelling spot, we had 45 minutes to relax after lunch. We had some fresh ( fresh like directly from the palm tree) coconut water and we just laid on the beach.
Snorkelling was very nice, I love witnessing marine life, especially coloured and friendly fish 🙂
The whole trip took us about 7-8 hours. We only needed our bathing suits and our camera.
The cost was aprox. 80 Euros. In the beginning I thought is was a little bit too much, but after 30 minutes I was totally happy with everything.

More about Seychelles next week
Hi,
I am trying to contact Michael however have not been able to do so. Are there any other details you can share with me. I am planning a trip in December and would love to hire a boat trip to St Anne
Hi, you tried all the details from the Boat? It’s in the last picture. That’s all I have. But he should answer by email. If not, he is daily on the beach from Coral Strand Hotel.
What a nice article. And thank you for sharing micheal details. I sent him an email as well and no replies yet for 2 days but hopefully he will soon. Will be going 2 days from now and I’m ecstatic!
Enjoy Paradise!!! 🙂
I fully agree that Seychelles is really paradise on Earth. I cannot think of a better holiday destination for people who love seaside and who enjoy pristine beaches, where you can hardly find other people. We visited Mahe, Praslin and La Digue last autumn and we instantly fell in love with these islands. We will definitely return to Seychelles and maybe have this tour. to St Anne Marine. Mmmm… I am daydreaming now of another holiday to these wonderful islands…
I still think that Seychelles is probably the most beautiful place I have ever visited. In terms of nature . . .
